Using the Trails at Point Hope

No doubt, among the many features at Point Hope that drove your decision to establish your home here are the extensive trails planned for our community. With miles of existing logging roads and trails traversing the property, the “bones” of the trail network at Point Hope were here long before development began. In fact, they helped inform how and where the roads and the neighborhoods would evolve.

We hope you’re enjoying the trails at Point Hope and, like us, are looking forward to more to come. In order to help ensure the trails are safe and enjoyable for all, please take note of the following rules and regulations for using the trails at Point Hope:

  • Motorized vehicles are prohibited - this includes golf carts, LSVs, ATVs and other vehicles that are not powered by humans.

  • Pets must be leashed at all times.

  • Please remove and dispose of pet waste properly.

  • Please stay on designated trails and keep away from areas marked “No Trespassing.”

  • Bicyclists must yield to walkers.

  • Please dispose of trash properly.

  • Please use the trails at your own risk.

We will be posting signs displaying these rules and regulations along the trails in the coming weeks. Please be mindful of these guidelines when enjoying our community trails!
