Meet BrightView

Point Hope has a new landscape maintenance team! At the beginning of the year we issued an RFP for our community's landscape maintenance contract and after careful consideration, the decision was made to award BrightView, one of the country's largest landscaping service providers, with the contract. They officially begin this month.

With roots dating back to 1939 in Pennsylvania, BrightView has grown to become one of the largest comprehensive landscaping services firms in the country, offering a vast array of services for clients that range from residential communities to educational campuses, hospitality venues, sports facilities and all kinds of commercial properties. They have a well-trained and extremely responsive leadership team that we’ve enjoyed helping get up to speed as they prepared to begin their services this month.

BrightView’s responsibilities at Point Hope include park and common area landscaping maintenance, native grass maintenance, litter removal, turf grass maintenance and mulching, among other things. We’re confident that with their expertise and strong customer service we will be able to improve some of the “trouble spots” that had emerged during the last year with our previous contractor.
